Theme Set - Whitney & Andrew in Love
Love is perhaps one of the most powerful of all human emotions and motives. Throughout history it has caused armies to march, fleets to set sail and inspired the finest of poetry, literature, art and music. It creates powerful bonds between individuals and is the building block of families.
It’s often confused with lust and has little to do with logic or rationality. Being in love has been likened to a form of insanity. Love can also help us overlook and forget a multitude of sins and enables us to overcome great suffering. It can involve both agony and ecstasy and the process of being rejected by a loved one or having to break off a relationship with someone deeply loved produces mental and emotional agony which has been likened to mourning the dead.
On a much happier, simpler and more practical note the issue of love was brought to my attention when Whitney brought along her boyfriend Andrew to a photo shoot. What was most obvious was the physical closeness and intimacy of the couple. This suggested to me a theme picture set of Whitney with her boyfriend. There were a number of ways this could have been done but we chose a playful and romantic style. This was simply an extension of how this couple behaved around me at the photo shoot when Andrew first came along to meet me, to see what all this modelling business was about and to keep his partner company.
